AM*** BLE Gateway
The ward-level hub. A Raspberry Pi driving an nRF52840 USB dongle in HCI mode scans and connects to multiple BLE medical devices at once and relays every measurement upstream over MQTT. Each Pi namespaces its topics by its own MAC, so any number of gateways share one broker without collision. If the configured Wi-Fi is unreachable it raises its own access point and serves a captive provisioning portal: staff can re-point it without a laptop.
